About
I work at the intersection of project management, UX, and product design, delivering solutions that balance business needs with user experience. My background spans financial services, cycling tech, and Global Brand Lighthouse attractions, giving me a broad perspective on how people interact with products and services.
At Buzz Bikes, I designed and delivered content and service improvements based on user research, helping riders maintain their bikes and manage accounts more easily. At LEGO House, I led large-scale project work including the rollout of RFID wristband refresh within a new ticketing system hardware architecture, managing stakeholders and technical partners while designing accessible guest journeys and tools. Alongside this, I’ve studied full stack software development at iO Academy, specialising in web development, which helps me collaborate closely with developers and bridge technical and user-focused perspectives.
I bring together structured project delivery with a user-centred design mindset. Whether managing complex implementations, creating content that simplifies processes, or shaping product experiences, my goal is to deliver services that are effective, inclusive, and genuinely valuable to the people who use them.
